Document Verification Service for Immigration New Zealand (INZ)

Immigration New Zealand (INZ) recommends that applicants intending on applying for student, work, or visit visa(s) who hold documents from sri lanka apply for the verification of their documents to IOM before lodging an application with inz.

The current verification fee per application is equivalent to 100USD

Document Verification Service for the Embassy of Italy

The Embassy of Italy in Sri Lanka has designated the International Organization for Migration to conduct verification of documents in order to facilitate the safe and legal migration of Sri Lankan nationals to Italy.

Please Note the Following:

  • Document Submission Time: from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).Applicants can call for an appointment OR walk in during the above mentioned hours.
  • The IOM will charge a non-refundable service fee and the mandatory government charges for the conduct of verification of document integrity and authenticity of Sri Lankan nationals.
  • As per the instructions of the Embassy of Italy, IOM will not disclose the determination, status or any related information to the applicants after the documents are submitted, once the process is completed the Embassy of Italy will contact the applicant directly.
  • The Embassy of Italy informs all applicants that the verification of document integrity and authenticity is a necessary requirement of the process and that their failure to comply with the instructions of IOM may lead to rejection of the application.
